United Utilities has today announced it has accepted Ofwat's AMP6 final determination on priice controls for 2015-20.

Woolston-hero-2Construction work has started on Southern Water’s £63 million treatment wastewater works in Woolston, Southampton.

Scottish Water is about to start a project which will improve its waste water infrastructure and tackle flooding which has affected two properties in Torrance, East Dunbartonshire.

Northern Ireland’s Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy has announced that a £2 million project has got underway to improve wastewater treatment in Kilmore and Annacloy, County Down.

HaloSource delivers 30% year-on-year growth

The latest trading update from HaloSource Inc., the global clean water technology company which is traded on London’s AIM, has shown approximately 30% year-on-year growth.

Northumbrian Water, together with sister company Essex & Suffolk Water, is introducing a social tariff to help customers who are having difficulty paying their bills.

Welsh Water is allowing landlords in Wales and England whose rental properties receive their water and sewage services from Welsh Water three months grace’ to provide information about their tenants to the company under new regulations introduced by the Welsh Government.

Yorkshire Water will be creating 160 apprenticeships over the next five years in the biggest scheme of its kind ever launched by the company.

More than 6,000 tons of wet wipes and other sewer blockers made their way into Southern Water’s sewer network between April and November 2014.
