Anglian Water has gone out to tender with an AMP6 contract for minor building repair and maintenance works worth up to £20 million.
The water company said multiple agreements will be awarded to ensure capacity and coverage of the entire region. The framework agreement has an estimated value of between £15 million to £20 million and will run for up to 6 six years – an initial 2 year period with a further 4 x 1 year extension options.
The contract covers all minor building maintenance and repair works services for services to support Anglian Water’s operations and capital delivery alliances across its entire geographical region.
The Anglian region stretches from the Humber, north of Grimsby, to the Thames estuary and then from Buckinghamshire to Lowestoft on the east coast.
