Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract for cloud software licences and support for HR core and talent management worth up to £6.5 million.
The new system for the sourcing of licences for a cloud based Core HR and Talent system will serve all Anglian Water employees and associated workforce - including its AMP6 Alliance workforce. The solution will encompass HR administration, talent, recruitment, learning, and self service processes.
The water company’s HR payroll is currently out of scope and will continue to be processed via the existing SAP programme.
Anglian Water expects to appoint 1 supplier for the contract term of 10 years. Estimated value is put at between £4 million to £6.5 million.
