Thames Water has gone out to tender with a contract for financial and regulatory auditing services worth an estimated £4.5 million.
Services required under the contract include audit of the consolidated financial statements of both the Group and Kemble Water Finance Ltd and audit of the subsidiary company financial statements.
The supplier will also be expected to provide audit and assurance procedures over the Annual Performance Report of Thames Water Utilities Ltd as required by Ofwat and covenant compliance.
Any contract awarded would be for an initial term of 3 years, with options to extend annually/bi-annually or more up to a maximum of 8 years.
