United Utilities is inviting interested suppliers to submit expressions of interest in its upcoming AMP8 procurement for modelling consultants for Water Network, Water Quality and Wastewater Network modelling.
The work involves providing essential support for the capital delivery of both AMP8 and AMP9, while also meeting the operational requirements of United Utilities in the North West region.
The successful modelling consultants must be able to demonstrate significant modelling capabilities and expertise across various domains, including:
- data gathering
- root cause analysis
- data analytics
- innovation
- asset integration and optimisation
- benefits realisation;
- providing insights for long-term asset planning and informed investment decisions.
The contract will be tendered in two Lots:
Lot 1 – Water Network and Water Quality Modelling
Lot 2 – Wastewater Network Modelling
The pre-qualification process will take place via the Achilles UVDB during March/April 2024, followed by an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) sent to short-listed bidders during May/June 2024.
