Scottish Water tenders £8 million contract for provision of Service Fittings, Collars and UP Valves

Scottish Water has gone out to tender with a contract for the provision of Service Fittings, Collars and UP Valves worth an estimated value of £8 million.

The water company is looking to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of various types of service fittings, boundary boxes, couplings, adaptors and under pressure tees, studded flange adaptors, ferrules and gaskets.

The contract is being tendered in the following 6 separate Lots:

  • Lot 1 Service Fittings for Universal Polyethylene Pipe
  • Lot 2 Boundary Boxes
  • Lot 3 Couplings, Adaptors and Under Pressure Tees
  • Lot 4 - Studded Flange Adaptors
  • Lot 5 - Gunmetal Ferrules and Fittings
  • Lot 6 - EPDM Gaskets

 

Initial contract terms for all six Lots will be 4 years with 4 further annual extension options.
