The London Borough of Croydon has gone out to tender with a contract for tender for water hygiene contract worth an estimated £2 million.

London Borough of Croydon is seeking to appoint a single contractor to deliver legionella risk assessment and service maintenance repairs and routine monitoring to LBC housing stock properties in the following three categories:
- Category 1 Risk Assessment
- Category 2 Service Maintenance, Repairs and Routine Monitoring
- Category 3 Routine Monitoring
Initial contract term is 60 months.
