United Utilities, supported by The Knowledge Group as its procurement and advisory partner, has gone out to tenders with an AMP8 contract for contact centre resourcing with an estimated value of £6.6 million (inc VAT).
The water company is seeking to appoint a sinlge specialist vendor to deliver end-to-end contact centre services to support the United Utilities in house team.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 17 November 2025 to 16 November 2028. Tender submission deadline is 11:59pm on 8 September 2025,
The initial participation stage assessment will identify organisations shortlisted to Tendering Stage. The Tendering Stage may include timescales for negotiation and clarifications, bidder presentations and meetings, and best and final offer - the tender timetable will outline further information.
