Severn Trent has gone out to tender with a contract for AMP8 Innovation Strategic Partnerships Framework with an estimated value of £20 million (inc VAT).

The water company intends to establish a closed Framework Agreement for Innovation Strategic Partners - Severn Trent is looking for suitably qualified and experienced organisation/s who align with the values of the Innovation team and can support developing Innovation within the utility.
The multistage procurement procedure includes a Pre Qualifcation Questionnaire (PQQ) and Request For Proposal (RFP) - the award criteria for the RFP will be refined at a later date.
The utility is looking to appoint up to five suppliers to the framework - Severn Trent will seek to award a contract to the suppliers that submit the most advantageous tender (MAT).
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 26 February 2026 to 26 February 2031 with a further possible extension option up to 26 February 2034.
