NI Water has gone out to tender with a framework contract for supply, maintenance and repair of screening and conditioning equipment with an estimated value of £15 million (ex VAT).

Current estimated start and end contract dates 2 March 2026 to 1 March 2028, with a further possible extension option to 1 March 2033.
The contract is being tendered in the folowing Lots:
- Lot 1. Coarse screens (£2 million inc VAT)
- Lot 2. Fine Screens (£2 million inc VAT)
- Lot 3. Overflow Screens (£2 million inc VAT)
- Lot 4. Transfer Equipment (£1 million inc VAT)
- Lot 5. Treatment Equipment (£1 million inc VAT)
- Lot 6. Package Inlet Works (£2 million inc VAT)
- Lot 7. Grit removal & treatment systems (£3 million inc VAT)
- Lot 8. Package Grit Plant (£2 million inc VAT)
Deadline for submission of enquiries about the tender is 12:00pm on 1 December 2025 and tender submission deadline is 12:00pm on15 December 2025.
Award decision date is expected in February 2026.
