The information gathered will be used to inform future procurement requirements, including:
- technology options
- service delivery models
- asset coverage
- data analytics capabilities and implementation approaches.
The engagement is for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a formal procurement process.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 28 October 2027 to 28 October 2031 – estimated publication date of a formal tender notice is 4 October 2027.
Engagement deadline is 23 October 2026
The water company is inviting interested suppliers who wish to participate to access the opportunity via the Coupa Supplier Portal and click "Participate" to confirm their interest.
