UK-headquartered international environmental, engineering and technical services business RSKGroup is set to acquire the UK and Asia water businesses of engineering, procurement, consulting and construction firm Black & Veatch.

The UK’s largest inland flood risk scheme has moved forward with the award of a major appraisal study to GBV, a joint venture comprising Galliford Try and Black & Veatch.
