Listen to Máire Lenihan, Operations Director talk about how her career has progressed to a senior role since joining Stantec five years ago. 

Máire Lenihan joined Stantec in New Zealand 5 years ago as a Business Development and Project Manager. She returned to Ireland three years ago and started working in the UK as a Client Service Manager. She has subsequently recently been promoted to a senior role as Operations Director in North East England which will include delivering current and future major programmes of work with water sector clients.

An environmental engineer by background, she has worked in the water industry for almost 20 years.

Commenting on her time at Stantec, Máire says:

"There has been an enormous amount of opportunity to get involved in exciting projects and also enormous career progression for me. I have also the opportunity to grow my global networks and I still work quite regularly with colleagues in Australia, New Zealand and across the globe in North America as well.”
