Further to its statement earlier today, Royal Imtech N.V. has just announced that its subsidiary Imtech Germany has filed for insolvency in the German court - the filing only relates to Imtech Germany.
In light of these developments and the resulting potential conflicts of interest, Felix Colsman, chairman of the board of Imtech Germany, has decided to step down as a member of the Board of Royal Imtech. He will remain chairman of the board of Imtech Germany.
Royal Imtech's latest statement says:
"As already announced earlier today Royal Imtech is evaluating the current situation and its consequences and is considering all options. Royal Imtech will update the market as soon as possible more specifically on the consequences of these developments."
