South East Water Choice completes business customer transfer to Water Choice

South East Water Choice has completed the transfer of around 53,000 business customers in the south east of England for non-household water and wastewater retail services to Water Choice.

As a retailer in the open water market by Water Choice provides customers with a range of tariffs for dual service of water and wastewater. Water Choice also offers a range of added value products and services including AMR metering, consolidated billing, leakage detection & repair, water efficiency audits, water contingency, laboratory services and technical support.

Water Choice has today confirm that the transfer is now complete and that the main impact the change will have on customers is the name which the bill arrives in and the name that appears on their bank statement.

Direct Debits will transfer to Water Choice and the only visible difference is that bank statements will show the payment being made to Invicta Water Ltd rather than South East Water Ltd.

Water Choice is the trading name of Invicta Water Ltd, The company is still based at the same location as South East Water in Snodland.
