The Consumer Council for Water is preparing for its upcoming biennial survey of Non Household Consumers (NHHs) in England and Wales in 2020.
The water watchdog will be asking businesses and other organisations for their views on and experiences of their water and sewerage service providers.
The findings of each survey are tracked and reported at 3 levels:
1) England and Wales;
2) The nations of England and of Wales;
3) Water and Sewerage Company (WaSC) region.
Additional analysis by organisation size - micro, small, medium and large - is also included.
The survey work is scheduled to start on 4th March 2020 and end on 31st October 2020.
