The Board of nmcn PLC has announced that Group CEO John Homer has stepped down with immediate effect.

The Group Chairman, Robert Moyle has been appointed acting CEO until a permanent replacement is in post. Ian Elliott will assume the role of Chairman pro tem while Robert is acting CEO. The search for a new CEO will commence immediately.
The announcement came in a brief statement issued to the London Stock Exchange yesterday which said:
“ Current activity levels remain in-line with Board expectations, albeit with operational challenges and some additional costs that are impacting margins the Group may incur losses this year.”
Ian Elliott, Acting Chairman commented:
"We are fortunate in having someone of Robert's experience and knowledge of the business to step into the role with immediate effect."
In July this year Chief Financial Officer Daniel Taylor announced his intention to stand down to pursue alternative opportunities in related industries. Following the announcement on 24 July he resigned his post as Chief Financial Officer and has stepped down from the Board and remains an employee of the company until 30 September 2020.
