Diehl Metering GmbH, a global leader in smart metering solutions, has announced the acquisition of PREVENTIO GmbH, a German-based technology startup specializing in leakage management and predictive maintenance.

The investment is set to enhance Diehl Metering's capabilities in real-time leak detection and complement its Analytics & Services portfolio.
