Thames Water Commercial Services has become the first business and non-regulated services arm of an existing Water UK member to join as a separate member.
Water UK said the move would enable TWCS to directly contribute its commercial and customer-facing experience ideas and viewpoints at an industry level, as water companies in England are preparing for more competition and choice in the non-household sector, scheduled for 2017.
