Construction and regeneration group Morgan Sindall has published its Interim Management Statement covering the period 1 January 2010 to date. The Group’s Annual General Meeting took place yesterday.

Morgan Sindall is to join its construction business Morgan Ashurst and infrastructure services business Morgan Est to create a new enlarged division under the Morgan Sindall name.

Leading infrastructure services specialist Morgan Est has contributed to a robust set of preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009, released by parent construction and regeneration group Morgan Sindall plc.

Modern Water announces full-year results

Modern Water plc, the AIM-listed owner of a portfolio of advanced water technologies, has announced its full-year results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2009.
