Former Thames Water CEO joins WRc Board

Martin Baggs Bio 1WRc, the innovation consultancy in the water, gas and waste and resources sectors has announced the appointment of Martin Baggs, former CEO of Thames Water, as a Non-Executive Member of the WRc Board.

A number of firms active in the water sector are among the 176 awards winners in the Queen’s Awards announced on 21st April, Her Majesty the Queen’s 91st birthday.

The boards of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. and WS Atkins plc have reached agreement on the terms and conditions of an all cash £2.1 billion acquisition of Atkins by SNC-Lavalin (GB) Holdings Ltd.
