Saint-Gobain, the French building materials group, has sold its UK pipes and valves distribution business, Ashworth, to a private investment company.

New Chairman for Balfour Beatty

Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group has this morning announced that Philip Aiken will join the Board as non-executive Chairman with effect from 26 March 2015.
