Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a £2.5 million contract for the provision of a software system that can interface with other HR systems (e.g. SAP), which provides the ability for managers to recognize or reward their employees.
The contract, which will run for five years, also involves the provision of a range of individual gifts or spend vouchers from a wide choice suitable for Anglian Water’s employee base. The estimated £2.5 million value includes the value of any reward given to employees.
The system must be able to interface with other HR systems (e.g. SAP), have mobile capability and signal sign-on. It is envisaged that the system will be cloud hosted.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 5th October – click here to access the tender documentation.
