Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract for business and management consultancy services worth an estimated £10 million.
Anglian Water already has access to change management expertise in its people and partners. However, the water company said that the breadth and depth of its ambitious Change programme required the consolidation of its existing capabilities, in order to provide more structure, rigour and coordination to the management of all its Transformation work streams.
The utility wants to place greater emphasis on the implementation of solid Change Management practice and governance and said external support will be required to achieve the high level of Change Management maturity it is seeking.
The framework, which will initially run for 2 years with a further 3 years extension options, covers the following areas of Business Transformation support:
- Change Management;
- Organisational development;
- Business Performance Management;
- Programme Managment.
Anglian Water is looking to appoint up to 12 suppliers to the framework agreement, which is being tendered in Lots.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 28th February 2018 – click here to access the tender documentation.
