Severn Trent Water has extended the deadline for suppliers to tender for a contract to provide a meter reading solution.
The water company is looking for a software solution that can read the meters - Severn Trent may procure hardware that runs the selected software solution.
The utility require a water meter reading hardware and software solution that will also work on either a generic IOS or Android handheld device, along with an integral support package.
The contract, which is being tendered in two separate Lots, will run for three years, with two further 1 year extension options.
