Severn Trent Water has gone out to tender with a contract for reactive and maintenance works across all buildings on the Severn Trent Estate.
The contract is being tendered in seven separate Lots:
- Buildings Maintenance East and West locations
- Hafren Dyfrdwy (HD) Estates Maintenance - Reactive and planned works across the HD Estate.
- Estates Maintenance East and West locations and HD
- Roofing works Roofing services across the Severn Trent Estate including HD
- Civil roads and re-instatement specialists across the Severn Trent Estate.
- Demolition works across the Severn Trent Estate
- Reactive maintenance works on ST PLC Severn Trent Centre flagship office building.
