Yorkshire Water has extended the deadline to tender for its recently-announced minor MEICA framework contract by 11 days.
Original date to submit tenders or requests to participate was 8th October 2018 – this has now been put back until 19th October.
The Minor Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation, Control and Automation (MEICA) framework covers works associated with above or below ground assets typically within a Yorkshire Water (YW) operational treatment site, collection or distribution asset.
Minor project work would generally (but not exclusively) be considered as the renewal, refurbishment and similar like for like replacement activities, with typical project values ranging from £50k to £500k.
Yorkshire Water issued the tender at the same time as a separate tender for a complex MEICA framework worth an estimated £750 million.
