Southern Water has gone out to tender with an AMP7 commercial property management contract worth an estimated £4 million.

The water company is looking to put in place a property partner that Southern Water can work with long term to develop a strong relationship and agile working to deliver greater value.
Scope of commercial property services required under the contract include:
- sales
- lettings
- acquisitions
- strategic/investment advice
- valuation
- building services
- planning
- business rates
- estate management
- property management
Initial contract term is for five years during the AMP7 2020-25 investment period with an option to extend for up to three further years into AMP8.
