Southern Water has published a Periodic Indicative Notice announcing its upcoming £400 million AMP8 procurement process for its pump supply, install, maintenance, repair and hire programme.
Estimated date of publication of a formal contract notice is 15 May 2024. Southern Water is conducting the procurement exercise on the BravoSolution e-procurement portal at: https://southernwater.bravosolution.co.uk/
Suppliers who want be considered for the contract must be registered on the BravoSolution e-procurementportal at: https://southernwater.bravosolution.co.uk/
The contract will be tendered in the following 7 Lots:
- Lot 1 - Submersible pumps (Dry well, Wet well), Mixers, Ancillaries and Spares
- Lot 2 - Multistage and End Suction Pumps and Spares
- Lot 3 - Submersible Borehole Pumps and Spares
- Lot 4 - Progressive Cavity Pumps (sludge & cake) and Spares
- Lot 5 - Maintenance and Repair of Pumps and other Plant
- Lot 6 - Pump and other Plant Material Costs
- Lot 7 - Equipment hire (pumps and ancillary equipment)
Suppliers will be able to tender for single or multiple Lots.
Successful suppliers will be required to provide training at no extra cost to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc.
