NHS Grampian tenders contract for routine and reactive water sampling services

NHS Grampian has gone out to tender with a contract for routine and reactive water sampling services across NHS Grampian properties.

On behalf of NHS Grampian, the Maintenance and Technical Services department ( MaTS)must ensure that water systems across the properties are monitored, maintained, and managed in compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and NHS guidance requirements. This includes the delivery of routine and reactive water sampling activities. The MaTS department is part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate, responsible for the upkeep, safety, and technical compliance of all NHS Grampian properties and infrastructure.

Initial contract term is for 3 years with the option to extend the contract for 2 additional years.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00pm on 18 May 2026.
