A series of Technical Showcase presentations on key topics for the water sector will form part of WRc’s Innovation Day which takes place on 26th April.
The presentations by WRC’s technical experts include:

- New approaches to ensuring that drinking water is microbiologically safe
- Truly integrated catchment management
- Managing pesticides to protect water resources
- The economic model for trunk main active leakage control

- A step change in pressure pipeline rehabilitation
Innovating in a post-Brexit Britain and whether procurement is a lever or a barrier to innovation are also among the key issues on the wide-ranging agenda.
The day has become one of the water sector’s flagship events, attended by over 350 delegates. In addition to a bespoke agenda, the day includes interactive workshops and a showcase of exciting innovative technologies.
