Free UKTI support package for Finnish and Baltic tech firms in to set up in UK

The UK Department for Trade and Investment (UKTI) is  launching a competition to attract companies in Finland and the Baltic region who want to establish a UK presence.

Technology companies interested in setting up in the UK are being invited to apply for the competition which opens in August.

Finalists will be chosen to pitch their business plans to judges consisting of experienced entrepreneurs, industry experts and investors on 17th November 2014.

Winners will get a free UK business support package which will include help with setting up business in the UK. Runners up will receive tickets to one of the top tech events in the UK.

Companies who want to register their interest should contact UKTI to receive more information, including how to apply once the competition opens.
