SWIG launches 2018 photography competition

SWIG LOGO  400x400SWIG is inviting all water sector photography enthusiasts to enter a photography competition on the theme of the use of water sensors in the water sector.

The photography competition is open during the spring and summer of 2018. The winner will receive £200 during a presentation at the gala dinner at the huge biennial ILM water industry event: Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring conference and exhibition, at Telford International Centre on 21 November 2018. Shortlisted photographs will be on display at WWEM, Telford on 21-22 November 2018.

There are two categories for entries:

  • Close up water sensors; and
  • Water monitoring technology in action

(with no branding on display in either case) and the judging will take into account technical excellence and artistic interpretation of the subject. Entries are limited to not more than 4 images per person.

Photos must be submitted via a portal on the WWEM website, in JPG file format, maximum dimensions: 1920 pix. Horizontal side and 1080 pix. Vertical side in 300 dpi, max 2Mb.
