Working for STANTEC - a day in the life of Graham Moralee, Principal Wastewater Network Modeller

Listen to Graham Moralee, Principal Wastewater Network Modeller and member of Stantec's Pride Employee Resource Group talk about how his career has progressed to a senior role thanks to the opportunities provided by the company.

 STANTEC GRAHAM MORALEE PRINCIPAL WASTEWATER NETWORK MODELLER

Graham Moralee talks about his career progression at Stantec to his current role as a Principal Wastewater Networks Modeller and Project Manager. Stantec has offered him opportunities to further his career, including global opportunities working for multiple different clients across multiple different disciplines. 

During his time at Stantec he was assigned a mentor to help develop the skills and experience he needed in order to become professionally chartered with the Chartered Institution of Water and Environment Management.

A member of Stantec's Pride Employee Resource Group since its inception, during the pandemic when no in person Pride events were possible, he took part in Stantec’s virtual Pride event as one of the company’s role models and told his story. 

Commenting on his work at Stantec, Graham says:
