Yorkshire Water has gone out to tender with a framework agreement contract which could run for up to 13 years for a Strategic Planning Partner worth an estimated £90 million.
The water company said it is looking to engage a Strategic Planning Partner (SPP) to work closely with its in-house Strategic Planning function and address the level of change required to meet future needs.

The SPP will need to support the development and delivery of low carbon solutions and enhance YW's use of standard products and solutions, off site construction and modular build.
The successful supplier will need to have significant expertise in a range of areas, including:
- economic analysis
- technical investigations and feasibility studies
- specialist modelling interpretation
- data gathering and analytics
