Aspire Housing Ltd has awarded a contract for drainage and septic tank servicing worth an estimated £433,375 (ex VAT).
Aspire Housing Ltd went out to tenderfor a contractor to deliver drainage and septic tank works within its properties across its operational area, including Stoke-On-Trent, Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Cheshire.
The scope of works included:
- Septic Tank desludge
- Septic Tank Service
- Septic Tank Electrical Check
- Sewage disposal
- CCTV Survey
- Removing blockages etc
Stoke-on-Trent-based firm Wildon UK has been awarded the contract, which runs for 120 months, one of two companies in the bidding for the work.
The contract was tendered as a single Lot – one of 17 separate Lots tendered by Aspire Housing in January 2024 with an overall initial estimated value of £10 million to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for a panel of maintenance service providers to support them in delivering their maintenance and repairs.
The company owns and manages more than 9,500 homes and support over 19,000 customers across Staffordshire and Cheshire.
