Ashford Borough Council has gone out to tender with a contract for Strategic Flood Risk Assessment with an estimated total value of £60,000 including VAT.

The Council is looking to procure a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare a Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for Ashford borough in accordance with national policy, relevant national guidance and best practice.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 24 August 2026 to 23 August 2028.
Tender submission deadline is 10:00am on 30 June 2026.
