Northern Ireland Water has put a massive programme of work potentially worth up to £485 million out to tender.
With an estimated value between £310 million and 3485 million, the capital delivery framework will run for four years and includes water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Suppliers are being invited to tender for sewage network systems, water main systems, sea outfalls and tunnels, service reservoirs, water towers, pumping stations, water treatment works, wastewater treatment works and sludge treatment works.
The framework agreement will be awarded in five lots – and includes a possible extension options of 24 months in 12 month increments.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 20th January 2012.
