House of Lords Committee to hear from Office for Environmental Protection in one-off evidence session

The House of Lords Environment and Climate Change Committee will hear from senior representatives at the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP) on Wednesday 28 January.

PARLIAMENT TV

The one-off session, which can be followed live or afterwards on Parliament TV or in person in the Palace of Westminster, will take place from 10am.

Giving evidence will be:

  • Dame Glenys Stacey, Chair, Office for Environmental Protection;
  • Natalie Prosser, CEO, Office for Environmental Protection;
  • Professor Robbie McDonald; Chief Scientist, Office for Environmental Protection.

 

Questions from the committee will cover the following areas:

  • the government’s progress on environmental goals;
  • protected wildlife sites report;
  • marine protected sites;
  • water white paper;
  • agriculture diffuse pollution;
  • waste.
