Water sector regulator Ofwat granted Affinity for Business (Retail) Ltd the licences it needs to supply water and waste water services to business customers across England and Wales when the market opens for business in April 2017.
Affinity Water Ltd has already established a dedicated customer service team for non-household customers within its existing business, branded ‘Affinity for Business’.
The new company – Affinity for Business (Retail) Ltd –will acquire the Affinity for Business brand and operate as a national retailer when the new market opens.
